Imtiyaz is a self taught artist who came to Mumbai from a small village in Bihar at the age of 16. He taught himself his craft by observing various artists around Kala Ghoda, the art district of Mumbai. Due to the unfortunate lockdown, Imtiyaz, now 28, is struggling to make ends meet. Unable to afford rent, Imtiyaz is planning his journey back to his village in Bihar. Despite his struggles, he continues to paint every day as he believes, "His art is his famiies ticket to happier times". Shop now to support Imtiyaz and his family through the lockdown.
